By placing an order, submitting a commission request, or using the customer account and support features on this site, you agree to the current published policies and operating terms described here and in the linked policy pages.

Product listings, prices, availability, lead times, and commission queue capacity can change. Handmade one-off and limited-run pieces may sell out quickly, and custom work is accepted only after review. Submitting a commission request does not guarantee acceptance, timeline, or final price.

Orders must use accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Magpiejay may cancel or pause an order if key details are missing, payment does not complete, or a fulfillment issue needs review before shipment.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Questions about address changes, delays, damaged deliveries, refunds, or disputes should be sent to [email protected]. The current review path for those situations is summarized in the refund policy and support page.

Campaign emails require subscriber consent and include preference or unsubscribe controls. Transactional emails related to orders, shipping, commissions, or account access are sent separately because they are part of the service the customer requested.
