Current shipping guidance

Ready-to-ship pieces are packed after payment clears and typically go out within the lead-time window shown on the product page or order flow. Commission timelines are confirmed separately because custom work depends on queue space and project scope.

Magpiejay currently ships through the United States checkout and fulfillment workflow. International shipping is not part of the active checkout scope while customs-support work is still being finalized. Domestic shipping is handled with flat-rate buckets so costs stay predictable during checkout.

When a shipment is prepared, tracking details should appear in My Orders once they are available. If you need to change a shipping address, email support as quickly as possible. Address changes are much easier before a label is created.

When international shipping returns to scope, destination-country customs, duties, or import fees may still apply outside the checkout total and will be disclosed again in the active shipping workflow.
