Order issue and refund support

Because many Magpiejay pieces are handmade, limited-run, one-off, or custom, cancellations and refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than handled as a blanket automatic policy.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support as quickly as possible. Once a package has shipped, options may be more limited.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, include your order details and clear photos in your support email so the issue can be reviewed and resolved faster.

Custom commission work may follow different refund rules than ready-made shop pieces, especially after planning, materials, or production time have already been committed. Commission-specific expectations are handled during the approval process.
